(Livonia, October 17, 2018) – Buy Michigan Now (BMN) is getting ready to host its 4th Buy Michigan Now Fall Fest presented by American 1 Credit Union. It is set at the Jackson County Fairgrounds on Saturday, October 27. The event celebrates and promotes Michigan-based businesses.
“We’re excited return to Jackson to provide area residents with a unique way to help the local economy grow,” said Lisa Diggs, founder of the Buy Michigan Now campaign. “The holidays are rapidly approaching. Consequently, we want to encourage people to buy gifts directly from the people who make them. Also, we hope folks will enjoy the delicious locally-made food, while enjoying some fall fun.”
Fall Fest Overview
BMN’s mission is to revitalize Michigan’s economy. As a result, the Fall Fest features a wide variety of Michigan businesses. Eating, shopping and music will also be part of the festive atmosphere. Booths will be open from 10a.m. – 6p.m. The Michigan Beverage Tent opens at noon, where volunteers will sell Michigan-made beer and wine. Money raised will help the Ella Sharp Museum in Jackson. So, it’s tasty and also good for the community.
Polly’s Parade of Costumes

They can come at 9:30am for free cider and donuts courtesy of Polly’s Country Markets. There will also be a cornhole tournament. Players may register online or in-person.
