This scrumptious cocktail was created by Cole Levy at Detroit City Distillery, which is nestled in a quaint pocket of Detroit’s famous Eastern Market. Coles says, “The drink was inspired by breakfast: what is a great, brunchy cocktail that isn’t a bloody mary, mimosa, screwdriver, etc? It warms your soul without being overly sweet! The smell from the sage isn’t half bad either.” Drop by to try one and/or pick up a bottle of their Butcher’s Cut Bourbon to savor a sour at home.
